"Stupid cat." John said.

Eric gave John the angelic look that cats can pull off, lowering his ears aiming the cute feature at John.

"That don't work on me," John spoke, he turned away and walked out of the door. Eric sprinted out, as John crossed the road.

"John stop!" Torrie yelled.

Kayla screamed, when she saw Eric in the road following John, then she heard a car coming for the little kitten.

"What?" John asked then saw the car.

He groaned.

"Oh great John Cena's going to be the hero...again." John said before he ran and grabbed the cat then stepped onto the sidewalk.

He put the cat down on the ground as the car passed them.

"Great..." John spoke, he then looked at Eric.

"Don't think this changes anything," John spoke, the little kitten made a sweet noise before gently putting it's white paw on John's nose.

"Oh thank god," Torrie spoke, with a relieved smile.

"Listen and listen clearly I don't want you. You're Ric and Becky's cat." John said.

Eric just snuggled in John's chest making him sigh.

"John, just give it up," Torrie spoke.

"No." John said.

Torrie walked out of the house, and took Eric in her arms.

"Sorry guys, we're keeping the cat" Torrie spoke.

John followed Torrie, "No we're not," He took the cat back, Torrie eyed him before she took Eric back in her arms.

"Yes we are," Torrie spoke going back in the house.

"Yay!" Kayla spoke, she smiled brightly and stroked Eric.

"Welcome to the family cutie" Torrie spoke as she stroked Eric gently.

"Hello I just said no, anyone listening to me" John spoke.

Torrie looked at John. "Baby you've been out voted, Eric stays" Torrie said with a smile.

"Okay, Ric, Becky I'm moving in." John said before he sat on the couch in their living room.

"What do you mean you're moving in?" Becky asked.

"John it's just a cat, what's the harm in that?" Ric asked.

[John Cena]

"I'm living in a zoo and I've had enough of all the pets so I'm moving in here." John said.

"John you're not living here,"

"Call yourself a best friend," John slightly glared at Ric.

"Well you're being childish" Ric shrugged.

"I'll give it 2 days Tor, he'll come back" Becky muttered giggling, Torrie just stared before she softly giggled as well.

[John Cena]

"Nope I'm going to stay here and Tor I hope you miss me coming out of the shower all wet because you're not going to see me like that until that cat is gone." John said.

[Guest]

"John will you stop being so stubborn?" Torrie complained to her husband.

"It's just one cat daddy" Kayla spoke with a pouted smile.

[John Cena]

"Out of the other many animals we have." John said.

"Well I'm going to take a long hot and steamy shower, see ya later Tor." John said before he took his shirt off and went upstairs.

[Guest]

Torrie just eyed John as she watched him go downstairs.

"Tor don't worry, we haven't installed the boiler yet," Becky spoke.

"So there's no hot water," Torrie asked with a smile.

"Nope, but let John find that out" Ric whispered chuckling.

[John Cena]

John went into the bathroom then turned on the shower. He put his hand under the water to test it and found out it was freezing cold. John walked out of the bathroom and looked at Ric and Becky from the top of the stairs.

"Why isn't there any hot water?" John asked.

[Guest]

"It warms up John," Becky lied as she winked at Torrie.

"It does?"

"Uh huh in a few minutes," Ric spoke while he did his best to maintain his laughter.

John nodded before he turned on the shower and waited. Suddenly John's yelp echoed through the walls as he felt the freezing cold water drip down his back.

"Oh John I forgot to tell you, in a few hours" Ric called from downstairs.

Torrie just laughed, before she cuddled cute Eric the Kitten.
