The Sister She Never Knew (Tessa and Rachel)

Tessa sat down on the beach and sighed. Life was really different now after she'd been gone for so long and she was about to meet her half sister Rachel. She hoped Rachel didn't know she used to be paralyzed because she didn't want her sympathy.

[Rachel Orton]

Rachel was in white shorts, a blue zebra print tee, and white flip flops as she walked around the beach. She then saw Tessa, her half sister that her dad told her about. Rachel walked over then stood and looked at Tessa.

"Hi." Rachel said as she moved a strand of her hot pink/blonde hair behind her ear.

Tessa smiled.

"Hi." Tessa said shyly.

"So you're Tessa?" Rachel asked.

Tessa nodded.

Rachel took a seat next to Tessa.

"I thought you were dead." Rachel said.

"My grandmother faked it." Tessa said.

[Rachel Orton]

"Wow sounds like a bitch. I hope I never meet her because I've had enough bitches in my life." Rachel said as she put her bag down in front of her.

"You won't." Tessa said.

"she's dead."

[Rachel Orton]

"Good, I hope you never meet my mom. Trust me Trish...whatever her new last name is, is a total bitch since she married Ron." Rachel said.

"I met her when I was little." Tessa said.

[Rachel Orton]

"I'm so sorry you had to ever meet her." Rachel said.

"Thank god I found my dad because I would have died if I had to go back to my mom." Rachel said.

"I miss dad." Tessa spoke.

[Rachel Orton]

"You know when I go home I could bring you so you can see him again." Rachel said with a small smile.

"Not...yet." Tessa stammered, not wanting her father to know of her heroin addiction.

[Rachel Orton]

"Why? You just said you missed him." Rachel said.

[Tessa Ray Hickenbottom]

"I'm not ready just yet." Tessa spoke.

[Rachel Orton]

"Okay but you have to meet my best friend Kayla Cena, she's awesome. How old are you? If you still go to high school and you go to mine don't do what I do. I like detention but you might not, I'm not sure." Rachel said.

[Tessa Ray Hickenbottom]

"I know Kayla, we met when we were younger, and she I still go to highschool I'm a freshman." Tessa spoke.

[Rachel Orton]

"Me too, my dad is teaching me how to drive next week because I'm turning 16 soon." Rachel said.

[Tessa Ray Hickenbottom]

"Not me, just turned fifteen last month." Tessa spoke.

[Rachel Orton]

"Cool, I'm older." Rachel said with a smile.

She looked at Tessa.

"Have you ever though of putting a color in your hair? Like blue or purple? I put hot pink a a lighter shade of blonde in my own hair so it'd be free." Rachel said.

"Blue might be nice." Tessa said.

[Rachel Orton]

"Well when you decide to meet my dad you can come over whenever you want and I'll do it for you." Rachel said with a smile.

She wrote down her cell phone number.

"You can text me whenever you want as long as you don't get on my bad side I won't be planning to glue a bucket on your head." Rachel said.
