A Shocking Return

[Tessa Ray Hickenbottom]

Fifteen year old Tessa Ray Hickenbotton sat down on the beach and sighed. Elven years ago her grandmother faked her death and forced her to remain with living in her home. The young teen now suffered a heroine addiction and couln't even go a few hours without it.

She prepared a needle and started to shoot up when someone approached.

Cody walked up, with Eve right beside him. The two were enjoying a nice day as friends, getting to know each other.

Cody spotted the young girl, "Whoa, whoa, what are you doing?" he asked not seeing her face yet.

Tessa didn't stop as she let the needle slide into her skin and injected herself then turned to face Cody.

Anyone who knew Angel and Randy would know she was their child. She had Angel's body structure and build and Randy's icy blue eyes and raven black hair.

"Who are you?" Tessa asked.

"I can ask you the same, but there's a bigger problem.." Eve began to sound motherly, before Cody shut her off

"Tessa?" Cody said shocked

"You're dead"

"How do you know who I am?" Tessa asked, a cold stare forming in her icy blue eyes.

"No" Cody said, wiping his eyes.

"It can't be! You're dead, Angel told me you were dead"

"My bitch of a grandmother faked my death so that she could keep me." Tessa said.

"Now, how do you know my mother?" Tessa asked sharply.

[Eve Torres]

"Whoa! Wow, where am I? The twilight zone"

"Okay, I want answers, who are you and how do you know my mother!" Tessa yelled, her father's temper showing in her.

"I'm your mother's best friend" he said.

Tessa calmed a little, finding someone close to her mother.

"What about my dad, how do you know him?" Tessa asked.

"Well, we're kinda tag partners now" he told

Tears filled Tessa's eyes as she thought of the last thing she'd ever said to her father.

"I want to go home." Tessa said, crying,

Then she glanced at her arms.

"But not like this."

Cody gulped when he saw her arms.

"Eve and I will get you home" he said.

"don't worry sweetie, we'll get you cleaned up" Eve promised.

"My mom can't see me like this." Tessa sobbed.

Cody agreed, "She won't, I know she can't handle it right now" Cody told.

"I just want to warn you, you're family has expanded, really expanded" he said.

Tessa smiled a little.

"Tell me about them." Tessa said.

"Well, we have the oldest, Ryan and Lily. The middle chil Briana" he said.

"And two new babies" he said.

Tessa smiled.

"I have siblings." Tessa spoke, teary eyed.

"I won't be alone anymore." Tessa said.

[Cody Rhodes]

"No, never" Cody told ith a small chuckle.

"And I'm over there almost everyday"

"How many of them are...affected?" Tessa asked, wondering about the CP.
