Tucking a strand of her honey coloured blonde hair behind her right ear, Torrie Wilson Cena sung to Hilary Duff "Jericho" as she made dinner in the kitchen.

Kayla, Sarah were at John's parents house, for the night and Joey was staying at his friends house as per usual.

A sweet smile went across her face, as she thought of the surprise she had in store for John hoping to get their marriage back to way it was before all the darkness fell, tearing the perfect couple apart.

Torrie continued to wait for him to return, while she gently touched the mince with the wooden spoon turning them over being careful so she doesn't get burnt by the oil.

John opened the front door then stepped inside. He looked around.

"Torrie?" John asked.

"I'm in the kitchen," Torrie spoke with a smile, when she heard his deep voice.

She turned back around looked at the mince, she felt herself burst with happiness she couldn't wait, so she went over to greet John with a welcome present.

She put the spoon down and ran out of the kitchen.

John took off his coat, and turned around to find Torrie jump up in his arms, making him yelp with surprise it had been so long since Torrie had greeted him like that before.

Torrie let a soft giggle out before she gently kissed John wrapping her arms around John's neck.

"Welcome home baby" Torrie said with a bright smile.

John smiled.

"It feels good to be home." John said.

Torrie gripped her arms lovilly around John's neck.

"I love greeting you like this," Torrie said with a smile.

"Trust me I love you greeting me like this." John said with a smile.

"Been a while though huh?" Torrie spoke before she leaned closer to John's face smiling brightly.

"It's been way too long." John said.

Torrie nodded, before she wrapped her arms tighter around John wanting to be close to him.

A smile went across her face. "I love you," She muttered.

"I love you too." John said.

Torrie stared at John, as she stayed happily in his arms.

"So are you gonna put me down or stay like this?" Torrie asked with a giggle.

"I haevn't held you in my arms for a while, I'd like to stay like this." John said.

Torrie nodded her head, as she stayed silent leaning her head on John's head.

"I missed this," She muttered very softly.

John gulped closing his eyes.

"Me too," He secured Torrie's small body in his strong muscular arms.

"So I'm guessing you'll put me down, when you get tired?" Torrie asked with a giggle.

"Yeah." John said.

Torrie nodded, before she giggled sweetly.

"Tired yet," Torrie spoke.

"No.." John lied.

"Yes you are, you can put me down I'm not going anywhere" Torrie spoke.

"You promise?"

"Well I don't plan too, I've waited since crack of dawn for you to come back off the road for Easter so you think I'm gonna really disappear now?" Torrie asked with a smile across her face.

"I don't believe you will." John said with a smile.

A sweet smile went across her face.

"Well then put me down honey," Torrie spoke still off the ground.

John gently put Torrie down.

Kayla came down the stairs, and just stared at John. She didn't see a word, or even move since they had been drifted apart.

Torrie smiled at John pleasantly before she saw Kayla standing on the stairs.

"Oh hey..sweetheart" Torrie spoke with a smile.

Kayla just grinned a little but just stared at John.

"Hey Kayla." John said.

Torrie just stared with a faint grin across her face.

Kayla walked down the stairs, "Dad" She muttered in tears before she ran to him and hugged John.

John held Kayla tightly.

"It's okay sweetie." John said.

"You're not going anywhere? are you?" Kayla asked, while she blinked her tears at John.
