One thing on her mind, one thing only as she walked. Torrie walked into the coffee shop on the end of the sidewalk.

She flicked her blonde hair away from the side of her face, before she spotted exactly who she was looking for.

"Well, well just the man I was looking for" Torrie spoke as she slightly glared at Cody.

Torrie was one of Lilian's best friend's and Lilian had been staying over at John's and Torrie's over hers and Cody's relationship troubles.

"Hiya Torrie" Cody told

"Mind if I sit?" Torrie asked.

"Sure, I'd like the company" he told

Torrie sat down, she looked at Cody for a moment before a waitress came over to Torrie and Cody.

"What would you like?"

"I'll just have a hot chocolate please" Torrie spoke. "With cream and marshmellows," Torrie added, since she had become pregnant that's all she loved to drink.

"I'll take a double espresso" he told

"That'll be a few minutes," She spoke writing it down.

Torrie smiled. "Thanks," She then turned back to Cody.

"Ok what's wrong with you?"

"Nothing,"

"Seriously what's worng you..have the expression of a wet weekend so something must be bothering you" Torrie spoke.

[Cody Rhodes]

"you know, just had a rough week" he told, hiding the fact that he and Lilian were having trouble.

"It'll be fine"

"Uh huh fine? hows' you and Lilian?" Torrie asked leaning back in her seat.

"we are good" he lied,

"Never better"

"Uh...huh" Torrie nodded her head slowly.

"So if you two are never better as you say, why did she ring me earlier in tears?" Torrie asked Cody the hard question.

"Did she?" he asked, feeling the lie coming back to bite him in the ass

Torrie nodded.

"Yep,that backfired didn't it?" Torrie asked Cody.

"I guess so" he told

"What did she say?"

[Guest]

"That Marley and Me was upsetting because the dog died in the end?" Torrie made up a lie.

"What do you think she said Cody?" Torrie asked.

"It was a sad movie" he told

"Let me guess, that I'm going to leave her?"

"We have a winner," Torrie spoke.

Cody sighed, laying his head in his hands

Torrie watched Cody, before she softened a little.

"For what it's worth you're doing a lot better than some guys" Torrie spoke

"Is that a good or bad thing?" he asked

[Guest]

"A good thing, by now the guy would have cheated by now" Torrie spoke.

"I don't do affairs, there not my style" Cody answered
