Torrie stood up, with the rain dripping from her blonde curls.

"Please John, don't go please..." Torrie muttered.

Torrie just lowered her head. John turned back to his wife, before he walked back to Torrie.

"If you love me, at all you will do this for us Torrie," John spoke.

"You don't know how hard it is for me too," Torrie muttered to John scared.

Torrie lowered her head, before she glanced back at John.

"You promise you won't ever leave?" Torrie asked him.

Torrie kept her head lowered down in fear.

Torrie perked up her head at John, an unsure look went across her face.

"You say that but I need a reason to believe you?" Torrie spoke.

John stepped closer to Torrie. "I love you more than anything else in this world, and there's no way, not ever would I even think about leaving you," John spoke to Torrie.

She just lowered her head down in fear.

"Torrie I swear to you, I'll be there for you" John muttered, before he gently kissed Torrie on the lips, with the softest kiss.

Torrie bit her lip gently, as she heard a soft whisper "I'll stand by you," John muttered.

Torrie perked up her head at John, with tears rising in her eyes she lifted up her arms and hugged John tightly.

Torrie sat in John's car in silence, still feeling the fear rise within her small body.

"I'm still scared John," Torrie muttered with her fingers gently rubbing in her lap.

Torrie looked at John, before she lowered her head slightly.

"You don't know that, John"

"Torrie, whatever happens I'll stand by you I swear to you please..." John pleaded.

Torrie looked at John, "I'm not going through with it," Torrie spoke, John sighed as a single breath fell from his lips.

"Tor...."

She opened the car door, and went to walk away falling to the fear once again.

"How can you promise that? okay the moment I'm put out you can't protect me John," Torrie spoke, with tears in her eyes.

"So don't say everything will be okay in the end, because it won't" Torrie spoke.

"If you think I'm just gonna watch my wife slowly fade with me not doing anything you're wrong, I don't care what happens because it won't change that I'll still be standing by your side" John explained to Torrie.

"I'll find that hard to believe..." Torrie muttered back.

Torrie looked at John, before she stared up at the sky.

"You promise you'll be there," Torrie muttered.

John nodded with the truth in his ocean blue eyes.

Torrie sighed. "Then I go through with it," Torrie spoke with a small smile.
