Hey everyone this is Amy. Earlier on me and Kelly got stuck with a topic, we don't know any American stores and were both from th UK. So just incase we use some words you don't know il explain the.

Simple words American first the brittish.

Faucet/Tap. The thing water comes out to fill up a sink. I hope I spelt it right.
Store/Shop
Mall/Shopping centre
Candy/Sweets
Soda/Pop
Cotton Candy/Candy floss
Dime/Pennies pence
Dollar/Pounds
Flashlight/Tourch

These are just soem words. Incase me and Kelly or anyother person from the UK use by accident. Aj's from Australia and they use words like ours. Forgot 1 important 1.

COOKIES/BISCUTS. Very Happy

Here, sweets are lollies, candy floss is fairy floss lol dont ask, both the words elevator and lift are used and we call films movies.

We say lifts too. Lollies. When Americans say Popsickle stick, we say Ice lollys lolz. Im from the north east and I kind of speak mackem. I live right next to jordy town, don't know if you know what jordy is but it's stupid lolz Very Happy
