Anniversary Shopping

[Batista]

Dave Bautista considered himself a good husband by all accounts. He was devoted to his wife, loved her more than anything else, he provided for his family, saw to her happiness and partnered her in everything life threw at them.

He'd been her boyfriend on and off for years, but next week marked their two year anniversary as husband and wife. He wanted to buy her something spectacular to commemorate the occasion. Their last anniversary had been interupted by the arrival of their son. And while nothing could replace the gift that was their child, Dave wanted to do something to show just how happy Candice made him.

So he stood amongst the glass cases that housed thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, browsing the selection while keeping a wary eye on his two friends he'd brought along as consultants.

"Hey Hunter," Dave said quietly so only the man known as Triple H could hear. "Do you really think it was a good idea we brought him along?" He jerked his thumb in the direction of Shawn Michaels, who was curiously looking as a display of bracelets. "There's a lot of valuables in here for him to break."

[Triple H]

Hunter Helmsley looked back at Shawn Michaels and shrugged. "So far he seems to be behaving himself."

[Batista]

"Famous last words." Dave muttered, turning back to the case and barely looking at the display of rings. "I've already put two rings on her finger...maybe I should do something else?"

[Shawn Michaels]

"This bracelet has a monkey on it." Shawn said with a smile.

He looked at Dave.

"Get this one!" Shawn yelled as his smile widened.

[Batista]

Dave sighed. "Shawn, I'm not sure a monkey is romantic."

[Triple H]

Hunter chuckled. "Here we go..." He muttered, knowing the entertainment would soon begin. You could always count on Shawn for a good time."

[Shawn Michaels]

"But it...it's holding a banana." Shawn said with a smile still on his face.

[Batista]

"Again, that's not really romantic." Dave shook his head. "You could buy it for one of your grandchildren though, Shawn. Tessa might like it."

[Shawn Michaels]

"I know! I'll buy it for Hunter!" Shawn exclaimed before he grabbed the bracelet.

[Batista]

Dave started laughing. "Great idea, Shawn!"

"Hey!" Hunter protested. "When have you two ever known me to wear a monkey bracelet...or a bracelet period!"

[Shawn Michaels]

"I picked pink for you Hunter." Shawn said before he walked over to the register.

[Batista]

"Ha!" Dave pointed at Hunter in amusement. "For once it's you and not me!"

"Very funny Bautista, see how much help you get outta me." Hunter said grumpily, crossing his arms over his chest.

[Shawn Michaels]

"Is this for you?" the guy at the register asked Shawn.

"No it's for my best buddy Hunter. You know the WWE Superstar Triple H? The Game? Here I'll show you his entrance." Shawn said as he grabbed a water bottle.

He then took a large sip of water then spitted it up in the air.

"I know who he..." the guy was interrupted when Shawn got water on him.

"Good impression as fountain right?" Shawn asked with a smile.

[Batista]

Dave bent over at the waist he began to laugh so hard. "Hahahaha...excellent!"

"SHAWN!" Hunter exclaimed in exasperation.

[Shawn Michaels]

"What?" Shawn asked innocently.

[Triple H]

"You are..." He trailed off looking for the right word. "Impossible."

[Shawn Michaels]

"You do look like a fountain when you do your entrance though." Shawn said.

He grabbed the water bottle then spit the water up in the air again.

"This is fun." Shawn said before he accidentally spit water in Dave's face.

[Batista]

"Ah! Shawn!" Dave complained. "Watch where you're spitting that! You're getting me all wet! Gross!"

[Shawn Michaels]

"Sorry." Shawn said before he saw a pink bracelet that had a kitten on it.

He grabbed it.

"I want to get this one for my buddy Dave." Shawn said with a smile.

[Batista]

"Ah jeez!" Dave groaned.

"Hahaha...how do you like it now?!" Hunter laughed. "At least mine has a monkey, yours has a kitten...how cute, Dave!"

"Don't make me spear you, Hunter." Dave glared.

"You can't if I pedigree you first." Hunter smirked.

[Shawn Michaels]

Shawn gave Hunter and Dave their bracelets.

"The kitten is holding a flower." Shawn said with a smile.

[Batista]

Dave sighed and looked down at the bracelet. "Thank you Shawn, that's very nice and thoughtful of you."

Hunter grunted. "Yeah, what he said."

[Shawn Michaels]

Shawn smiled then pulled the big lollipop he bought and started licking it.

"You're welcome." Shawn said.

[Triple H]

"So, I guess the next thing on our agenda is getting something for Candice." Hunter pocketed his bracelet. "What about a necklace?"

[Shawn Michaels]

"Get a shiny necklace that has her birthstone on it." Shawn said.
