There was nothing but the metalic taste of blood in her mouth. She couldnt open her eyes, couldnt breath, couldnt speak. She was nothing but a helpless shell of her former self. Dom sat at his friends bedside. Just the sight of the long plastic breating tube in her throat made him sick to his stomach. She had just gotten out of having sugeory to repair the damage done to her heart. Dom just sat there, it was the only thing he could do. The sound of the door opening brought him out of his thoughts.

"I dont know, the doctor reckon that she wont pull through" Dom said looking down.

"But she cant die, everyone at the guild needs her" Dom said clentching his fists together. A few moments later Johnny ran in, still covered in blood.
"Did I make it in time?" He asked catching his breath.
"Yeah mate you did" Dom said sadly.

"No don't, Johnny toss the shirt" Dom said quickly, making Johnny take his shirt off. As Dom put the bloodied shirt in the basin, Aj's heart moniter flat linned. "HOLY SHIT DOCTOR DOCTOR!" He yelled out.

"Damnit!" Dom yelled kicking the wall.

"SHE IS MY DAMN SISTER!!" Johnny yelled bursting into tears, being the softy he was.

After a few more minutes the doctor emerged from the room. "She has stabilised, she had a close call there" He said walking away.

Dom, Hohnny and Tiffany walked into her room. The sight of the girl ripped Doms heart in half. He was staring down at his best friend, who had a breathing tube jammed down her thoat and bloody bandages covered her body.
