Out of the Darkness

Kelly walked into the big Japanese style doors, leading to the new Japanese gardens walkway. She stepped inside and began walking the pebbled pathways, taking in the fresh spring air and scenery as she went.

After several minutes of traveling along te pathways and observing the waterfalls and flowere of the path, she sat on a nearby bench, hidden under a large tree, shading her from the sunlight.

She took a huge breath, enjoying what she saw, not having been out of her own house in a while since her sudden rage .

[Evan Bourne]

Evan Bourne was in the Japanese Gardens for a day of self-reflection. He'd been fighting with his girlfriend Brie a lot lately, having suspicions that since her arrival at ECW, she and ECW General Manager John Morrison, were getting just a bit too close for his comfort level. He was sick of being the jealous boyfriend and thought a peaceful day in the Gardens would help him again perspective.

He hadn't been expecting to run into anyone he knew, but seeing the familiar blonde sitting there on the bench, he was happy to recognize her.

"Kelly!" He called out in a friendly tone.

Kelly lifted her head up, startled when she heard her name called, she tucked a small strand of her hair behind her hair, smiling when she saw the figure of Evan Bourne in front of her,

"Hey Evan" she spoke sweetly.

Evan flashed his famous boyish grin and sat down beside her. "Hey! I haven't seen you in forever! What gives?!" He demanded playfully.

Kelly laughed, shaking her head in fake disbelief at Evan.

"Oh you no,this and that, jumped off a cliff, nearly died, you know the usual" Kelly spoke jokingly.

"Well, you don't look like you're near death." He said mock critically as he looked her over. "Did you at least break an arm or something? Come on, if you jumped off a cliff, there has to be some kind of battle scar."

[KellyKelly]

Kelly laughed, "Sorry, I'm just great... nothing can hurt me physically" Kelly joked, "That's why I'm awesome"

[Evan Bourne]

"Well, you want to rub some of that awesomeness off on me...cause I'll kill myself one of these days." He joked. "With all the stuff I pull."

[KellyKelly]

"Your wish is my command" Kelly spoke, clapping her hands together, the signature Geanie pose, "There you go, you are now officially the first person to ever get any of my awesomeness" she giggled softly, trying to mak sure she enjoyed the day, not wanting to slip back into where she was before

[Evan Bourne]

"All right...officially Awesome Airbourne!" He grinned.

[KellyKelly]

Kelly giggled, "See, now, all of those years thinking you were awesome, now you know you weren't!" Kelly tried to joke

"Nope...I spent all those years thinking I was phenomenal." He quipped. "And I still am. Now I can just add awesome to my other amazing attributes."

[KellyKelly]

"Oh, well thank you for the correction, the phenomenal awesome one" Kelly spoke.

"So what brings you here?" she asked, soothingly.

[Evan Bourne]

He frowned at the reminder of why he was there before smoothing his expression and shrugging. "Just needed to getaway from home for a bit." He said casually. "Brie and I have been fighting a lot." He admitted.

Kelly nodded with a look of sadnes on her face, "I'm sorry, you wanna talk about it" Kelly asked, sincerely

[Evan Bourne]

"I don't know." He sighed. "I mean, I thought that when she was drafted to ECW we'd spend more time together, you know? Our schedules ran along the same lines, but...she's been spending a lot of time with Morrison lately...a lot. She says it's to plan her push or rise for Diva's title shot, but...it just seems like too much time. And I hate being the jealous, untrusting boyfriend...but she gets sketchy about it when I ask her...I just have this feeling she's lying to me." He said.

Kelly bit her lip before she talked, "I'm going to try my hardest, not to seem negative, but with what I've been through recently, I'm not really the person who will give sunshine and rainbow advice about love at the moment" Kelly spoke

"But, if you still want my advice, I'll give it to you"

[Evan Bourne]

Evan smiled at Kelly. "I wouldn't have told you if I didn't want your opinion on it." He said.

[KellyKelly]

"Just making sure" Kelly laughed, "I don't want you blaming me if nothing is happening and then Brie kicks your ass for assuming it is"

"But, I say don't risk your heart. If you think something is going on, then, dump her" Kelly told, "Cause, most probably, there is something happening"

[Evan Bourne]

"That's what I was afraid of." Evan nodded. "I kept thinking that myself. I mean, you don't spend two hours after the show is over, going over your storyline with your boss, do you? I mean...I'm the ECW Champion and I spend maybe ten minutes meeting with Morrison. Damn it, she's really cheating on me. What the hell!"

[KellyKelly]

"Two hours... really?" Kelly spoke, "Wow, it has to be something... Evan I'm sorry" Kelly spoke saddened

[Evan Bourne]

Evan sighed. "It's not your fault, Kelly. It's my fault for not seeing that Brie's not interested in me, but what I can do for her career. And Morrison's got more sway over her career now as a General Manager, than the Champion. It'll be okay. I'll get over it...somehow."

[KellyKelly]

Kelly sat and listened to Evan pour his heart out to her, "If it helps, you can share some ice cream with me.. I have loads since Randy got his memory back" Kelly told with a dorky look on her face.

Evan winced. "Yeah I heard about that. How you holding up with that anyway?"

[KellyKelly]

"Well, better than I was the day it happend" Kelly spoke.
