Torrie stepped back from John, with tears in her eyes.

"How can you say that to me?" Torrie muttered.

John sighed and shook his head.

"I didn't mean it I just..." John stopped as he lied on the bed, stressed.

"I just wish this didn't exist," John snapped getting up, glaring at Torrie.

"So our lives together, our marriage..you wish we..." Torrie muttered.

"How could you be so cold?" Another voice spoke.

Torrie and John both turned to see Kayla holding Sarah in her arms, as she cried hearing their agruement.

"I didn't fucking mean it! Can't everyone just leave me the hell alone?!" John yelled before he went into the bathroom and slammed the door shut.

"What so you wish we didn't exist!" Kayla shouted before she stormed out.

John looked at the door, before his eyes met the ceiling.

"Now look what you've done!" Torrie snapped, she walked off and turned back to John.

"Do us all a favor? John just go to work!" Torrie spoke before she smacked the door with her right hand storming out leaving John on his own.

Torrie looked at Kayla, as she saw the tears rising in her daughter's eyes.

"Does dad wish we didn't exist?" Kayla asked.

Torrie sighed, before she stroked Kayla's shoulder length hair. Honey...I'm sorry your father...he's going through a tough time right now" Torrie spoke.

Kayla slammed her door shut, before she purposely ignored John when she went downstairs.

"Kay..."

"In there now," Torrie snapped at John, pointing to their bedroom. He knew why? they needed to talk.

Torrie walked in the room, with a look of fury rising in her eyes after her husband's words.

She could just deal what he said about her, but how he potrayed his words to their children just sent Torrie in a fit of fury even if he didn't mean it at all it still made the fire rise within her eyes.

Torrie watched John just stand there, no expression on his face.

"Before...you.."

Torrie lifted up her hand, and swung into John's jaw slapping him right across the face.

He yelped, but knew stairght he deserved it.

John sighed taking his hand from his cheek. "Of course..not I didn't...mean"

Torrie walked a few steps before she folded her arms.

"What didn't you mean the part that you wish you never fell in love with me or the part you wish me and Kay, Sarah and Joey would just disappear?" Torrie asked with a furious look on her face.

"Why say them then?" Torrie asked with hidden tears in her eyes.

"It's just that Liz was a big part of my life Tor, I knew her since I was 17 and seeing her die was hard. It was all my fault and I feel so guilty about it.".

Torrie looked at John, with a single strand balancing on her right brow. Her expression soften a little but she didn't let go completely of the hurt she felt right now.

"Why do you feel guilty?" Torrie asked softly.

"Because she died because I didn't love her anymore. I could have easily ran and grabbed her off the bridge but I didn't." John said.
